Welcome to the website of Polymetal (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this site (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms and the Site (including products, specs, and pricing) at any time. Changes apply from publication on the Site. Your continued use means you accept the changes.
4) Business use only
This Site is intended for business users (B2B). If you create an account or submit an inquiry, you confirm you have authority to act for your company.
5) Site content is informational
Technical data, drawings, photos, finishes, and dimensions on the Site are for general guidance. They may change without notice and can vary by project, country, or standard. A formal quotation, drawing pack, and/or pro forma will control if there is any conflict with the Site.
6) Quotes, orders, and Incoterms
Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell. Orders are accepted only when we confirm in writing (e.g., a signed pro forma or sales contract). Unless stated otherwise, delivery terms are under Incoterms® (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF). Additional Sales Terms (warranty, payment, delivery, claims) may apply and will be provided with your quotation or sales contract.
7) Accounts & security
You’re responsible for any activity under your login and for keeping credentials secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
8) Your content & feedback
If you upload or send any content (e.g., drawings, messages, reviews) you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, and display it to operate the Site and fulfill your request. Do not upload confidential information unless we have a separate NDA. You agree you have the right to share any content you provide.
9) Intellectual property
All Site content (text, graphics, logos, photos, CAD previews, software) is owned by Polymetal or our licensors and protected by law. You may view, download, and print materials for legitimate business with us, but you may not copy, publish, modify, reverse engineer, or use them for competing products. Third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
10) Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site. For example, you agree not to:
Break the law, infringe IP rights, or violate export/sanctions rules;
Upload malware or try to gain unauthorized access;
Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without written permission;
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
Interfere with Site operation or other users.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Links to other sites are for convenience only. We don’t control or endorse third-party content and aren’t responsible for it.

13) Compliance, export & sanctions
You agree to comply with all applicable export controls, customs, and sanctions (including those of the UN, EU, U.S., UK, and local jurisdictions). Products may require end-use/end-user screening and documentation. We may refuse or cancel orders that could breach such rules.
14) Anti-bribery & anti-corruption
You will comply with applicable anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws (e.g., PRC law, UK Bribery Act, FCPA). Do not offer or accept bribes, kickbacks, or improper payments.
15) No warranties (Site)
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties regarding the Site, including accuracy, completeness, availability, and non-infringement. Product warranties, if any, are stated in our Sales Terms or on your order documents.
16) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polymetal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your Site use. Our total liability for any claims relating to Site use will not exceed USD 100 (or the minimum amount required by law). Different limits may apply under a signed sales contract.
17) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Polymetal from any claims, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the law.
18) Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, sanctions, strikes, shortages, epidemics, port closures, or utility outages).
19) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice. Sections that by nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations) will survive.
20) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR (conflict-of-law rules excluded). Any dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration at HKIAC in Hong Kong, in English, by one arbitrator. You and we may seek urgent injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
If you prefer Mainland China law or a different venue (e.g., Beijing Arbitration Commission), tell me and I’ll adjust this clause.
21) Severability, assignment, no waiver
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may assign our rights and obligations; you may not assign without our written consent. Our failure to enforce a right isn’t a waiver.
22) Entire agreement
These Terms (plus our Privacy Policy and any Sales Terms or contracts we sign with you) form the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site.
