Our Powdwer coated Clear View Fence comes with a powder coating and has a zinc and aluminum finish that follows the SANS 10244-2 standards, with a minimum of 275g/m2. We promise it will last a long time – in fact, we give a 20-year warranty. These security fences, also known as see-through fences, are made from steel wire. They have small gaps in the welded panels, making the fence almost invisible. You won’t miss any views, and no one can hide behind it.
The special finish is 95% zinc and 5% aluminum, making it three times more durable than the usual galvanized wire. For the outer layer, we use top-quality powder coating materials from AkzoNobel. The aperture is 76.2×12.7mm (3×1/2′) with a wire diameter of horizontal 3.0mm and vertical 4.0mm (SANS 10244-2 MIN of 275g/m2); the composition of zinc coating consists almost entirely of zinc (>99%) and is lead-free, resulting in a finely crystallized zinc spangle that meets a bright high visual appearance.
