Stainless steel welded wire mesh is made by arranging longitudinal and cross wires at right angles and resistance-welding each intersection. The result is a rigid, square or rectangular grid that holds its shape, offers clean edges, and installs quickly as rolls or flat panels. It’s widely produced in 304/304L and 316/316L stainless for corrosion resistance, hygiene, and strength.

  • Also available (for non-stainless projects): galfan wire mesh (Zn–Al alloy), galvanized iron wire, e-metal, aluminum–zinc alloy wire

Opening size range: 10–300 mm

Welding & Surface Options

  • Welding route: welded from stainless wire (best for corrosion/hygiene)

  • Galvanized after welding (GAW) or galvanized before welding (GBW) for carbon steel options

  • Surface treatments (non-stainless builds): electric-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, PVC coated (all colors)

  • Optional stainless finishes: pickled/passivated or electropolished for enhanced cleanliness and corrosion performance
