Stainless steel rope mesh is an interwoven, flexible net made from stainless steel wire ropes.It is also well known as zoo mesh, aviary mesh or cable enclosure mesh. According to the connection type, we supply two styles: ferruled rope mesh and knotted rope mesh.
1.1 Structure & Specifications
- Material: AISI 304, 304L, 316 or 316L stainless steel.
- Rope construction: 7×7 or 7×19 stainless steel wire rope, smooth surface, uniform tensile strength.
- Rope diameter: 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 mm (other diameters on request).
- Mesh opening: standard diamond sizes 30×30, 40×40, 60×60, 70×70, 80×80 mm; custom sizes available according to animals and project design.
- Opening angle: standard diamond angle 60°, other angles can be manufactured if required.
- Finish :Black Oxide ,PVD ,PVDF
